Attraction Details :

The Sirinat National Park covers an area in Thalang district of Phuket province. It is a national marine park on the northwestern coast of Phuket Island, which consists of rich ecosystem such as  pine forests, natural sea, white sand beach, beautiful coral reefs, sea turtle and mole crab (sand crab) spawning grounds, as well as a wide variety of rare sea shells. TheSirinatNational Park was declared as a nation park on July 13, 1981 coveringan area of 56,250 rai. It is a beach with a continuous length up to 13 kilometers. From Nai Thon Beach, use the route to the national park and turn left at the kilometer marker 21-22. At Ban SakhuJunction, turn left for about 3 kilometers. Nai Thon Beach is a beautiful quaint bend of bay that inclines from the island which shelters waves very well. It is also a quiet beach which is suitable for playing and swimming. It is the location of the office of the national park. The beach that is suitable for relaxing and swimming has shady pine trees. In addition, there is also a large coral reef, which is a habitat of various kinds of sea creatures, in particular, sea turtles which lay their eggs on the beach from November to February. However, the amount of the existing sea turtles is decreased and their eggs are hardly seen. The Mai Khao Beach or the Sanam Bin Beach alongThepKrasattri Road passing the airport junction straight to the Sarasin Bridgeencompasses an intersection on the left. There is a sign that showsthe access to the Mai Khao Beach. Turn left and continue about 3.5 kilometers to Mai KhaoBeach, where mole crabs (sand crabs) and sea turtles lay eggs like the Nai Yang Beach. The SaiKaeo Beachthat is next to the Mai Khao Beach to the Sarasin Bridge is a long white sand beach in parallel to pine trees. It is the most northern beach of the Phuket Island.

By Car

The SirinatNatonal Park is about 30 kilometers from the cityalongThepKrasattri Road passingThalangdistrict junction. Go straight at the kilometer marker 20-22, reachan intersection on the left, continue about 10 kilometers or go to the airport entrance intersection and turn left about 2 kilometers. Nai Thong Beach uses the way to the national park and turn left at the kilometer marker 21-22. At the junction to Ban Sakhu, turn left again and continue for about 3 kilometers.
